I started taking this Red Yeast Rice in November and in less than 3 months I got the results I wanted but didn’t think possible. I’ve been out of the normal range since 2019 and a year ago I had a total cholesterol number of 244 (high), LDL of 157 (borderline high - close to High), HDL and Triglycerides were normal. My doctor wanted to put me on an statin but I refused. I eat pretty healthy, increased my fiber, eat less red meat and more fish. I’ve been taking 2 pills/daily for the 3 months and as of yesterday my cholesterol is normal at 185 and my LDL is normal at 86. What an amazing drop!! I’m going to continue with 2 pills till my next test and then possibly drop down to 1 to see how it affects my numbers. If you’re on a statin get off of it and get this brand of Red Yeast Rice. I would scream it from the roof top if I could!!

I love this brand of supplements. It was recommended to me by my primary care doctor / naturopath. I originally started taking this brand’s Ferrasorb (iron supplement) to boost my iron and after 3 months and a new blood test my iron count is back on track. I started taking the Chloeast-900 about 3 months ago. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night along with Jarrow Formula’s Q-Absorb mid day per recommendation of my doctor to lower my cholesterol. They are easy to swallow and have clean ingredients. I have yet to take my new blood test yet, but I am feeling pretty hopeful since high cholesterol runs in my family. I will update this review when I get the results back. It is a bit pricey to keep up with; however, it is great quality with high quality ingredients and a trusted brand. It also beats going on a pharmaceutical.

Along with a healthier diet it helped me to make huge progress on my cholesterol goals within 30 days. I did not experience any digestive issues or notable side-effects. Evidently a high-quality brand with effective ingredients that is a good value for the money.

I have been taking Thorne Choleast 900 for six months. Before I started it, my cholesterol was 266. Six months later it is 241. My triglycerides were 174 and they are now 124. I have not change my diet or exercise routine. I plan to keep using and see what my levels are 6 months from now. I struggle with the side effects of statins, so I hope this continues to help me.

For the first time ever, my cholesterol numbers were where they needed to be! I’ve been using this product for a couple of months & am excited to see results this soon. I have also adjusted my diet (as best I can). But I do attribute the lower numbers to adding this supplement.
