Regular use, helps with gym workouts, easy disolves well

Great protein. I've been using this for about a year now, and will continue. I was a strong supporter of Opt. Nutrition, and still like them, but this is as close to ON as it gets, and it's easier on the wallet! Great protein, and a decent price? Yes, please. I've never had any issues with clumping, but I usually add a few ice cubes to the water as well as the blending ball when I use the shaker cup. Normally, I make my drinks in the blender so I can add other goodies to the mix, and I'm never disappointed with Whey Tech Pro 24 Rich Chocolate. They do offer other flavors (mint chocolate isn't bad, and the banana is pretty good too), but I'm sold on this rich chocolate. If you're looking for a decent protein, but don't want to spend unnecessary amounts of money, I recommend checking out BodyTech. I'm not sure about amazon because I've never looked, but I do know the VitaminShoppe carries little sample packs if you just want to give it a taste and not commit to a bigger jug.

The container, although HUGE is only filled half way when you receive it brand new. The taste is great, best "protein" shake I've tried, however unlike most protein shakes I do feel hungry still after finishing it, usually shakes can carry me for a few hours but with this particular one I have it in the morning but then still have a light breakfast, and am usually really hungry for lunch by noon.
