Nature's Way Butcher's Broom, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

So I've been taking this Nature's Way Butcher's Broom for several years. I started taking them after some research on how to help relieve night leg cramps and found out that Butcher's Broom helped, so I chose Nature's Way because they offered more milligrams per capsule than most other brands out there. I have consistently taken 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night and it has eliminated my leg cramps to almost zero!! I was thrilled. The only rare time I will get a break thru leg cramp is if I drank a little too much alcohol and got dehydrated, but I don't make a habit of drinking too much anyway. I've been so happy with this product over the past few years UNTIL the latest shipment I received last week. The Butcher's Broom came in a newly designed square bottle. It appears that nothing else has changed as far as milligrams per capsule or ingredients from this bottle to the old ones. I did notice that these smell a little different and maybe taste a little different almost like a mild soap? Well... within a couple of days of taking them my legs were feeling achy and uncomfortable. I didn't think anything of it at first but I ended up getting a pretty bad leg cramp on the 3rd night. And now after a week of taking them, my legs are continually feeling uncomfortable, achy and crampy during the day and night. I wish I knew what has changed because the leg cramps are debilitating! I will probably call the company to see if they can shed some light on it but as I said, nothing has visibly changed to the ingredients or milligrams. Wondering if anyone else taking this for leg cramps have noticed a difference as well?? Please comment if you have!As a side note: I'm not sure why they changed to the square bottle. It's big and clunky and has a lot of wasted space as the capsules don't fill it up all the way.

I have restless legs and Interstitial cystitis.so i have to be careful what I take, but my legs are driving me crazy.the meds that help rls.caused serious side effects & the 1 med that does help my rls& incurable painful bladder diease.they wont give me anymore.Thats crazy.took me over 15 yrs 2find 1 med to help 3 health issues.So I tried this to see if I can get some relief.unfortunately.it caused my bladder to burn.I say maybe it helped my legs just a tiny bit, but the bladder pain was to much.had to stop.hope it helps other.no doctor will take me anymore & I'm praying for a miracle from Jesus to heal me.

I have nothing but good to report about this little-known supplement. Not only is it affordable and of consistent quality (never any broken capsules etc) and shipping is always prompt, but my family's personal experience is that it significantly helps reduce edema in the legs and feet, particularly when standing for long periods at work. When we forget to take it, that night the swelling is bad. When we do take it, swelling is much better. It's said this supplement improves circulation, and our experience seems to support that claim. Highly recommend.

Furthermore, it helped with my previous issue of RLS! Finally, I can sleep peacefully without having to suddenly awaken to stretch out my leg time and again, or get up and go for a walk just to "shut it up".
