HoloFlame Holographic Electric Fireplace w/Touchscreen and Sound and Bluetooth (Bright White)

The fireplace is wonderful! It looks very cozy and the holographic background makes is unique and one of a kind on the market. Assembly was ok, good to have a handy husband! We had a small question re: the remote and tech support was excellent when we called. The crackling sounds and many background options make is fun and you won’t be bored with it. It’s a high end product!

The MagikFlame fireplace is not realistic and is very tacky looking. Some of my friends even described it as "cheesy", "awful hologram", and does not look like the website.The website uses photoshopped flames on all its images and some of its videos (they used a stock image of a room and then put a video of the flames onto the stock image.)The instructions for the corner Churchill came in 2 different sheets and did not state when to put the insert into the mantel.When I called support a lady by the name of Shelby had no idea how it worked.After I finally got it put together and set up, I had to call support again because the flames were not realistic and I couldn't figure out why the background of the flames was not black but blue/gray.Support is of no help as they just tell you to "play around with the settings" and "figure it out on what you think looks best."Well nothing looked good and my wife and I were completely unsatisfied.We talked to Greta (who resides in Poland and not in the USA) and all she does is try to convince you it is the best-looking fireplace out there.The issue is that the hologram does not work from 99% of the ways it is viewed around the room. It might look "okay" in that 6-10 foot range staring directly into it while sitting down, but the moment you move 1 foot to the left and right it looks awful.Beyond the flames slanting backward and the non black screen where you can see the edge of the TV screen reflection, there are many other issues:1. The fireplace needs to be turned on with the touchscreen and a remote for the cheap, crappy Insignia TV monitor used to project the relfection2. I called and talked to a sales rep before buying the fireplace and he said you could control the temperature on the fireplace with the screen or the iOS app. Neither of these is true. It is a mechanical knob you have to rotate that is on the side of the logs.3. The touchscreen does NOT work very well. It is super sensitive to the touch. For $3500, the touch screen should work with a tap. It should not take 3+ taps to get it to work.4. I was told that if you shut off the fireplace with the touch screen the TV will go to sleep and will come back on when you touch the green button again. This is not the case. You always need to use the TV remote to turn it back on.5. The home page of the site says there is 100% satisfaction. This is not the case. You can return it and pay the $500-600 of freight to send it back so that Howard and his crooks can resell it to someone else and make money on it again. He will also make up an arbitrary number on what his cost to ship was to you and deduct that from your refund. You will lose about $1,000 between the 2 shipping costs.6. It is not AAA+ Quality. The mantle is made of particle board, and the metal insert had screws that were stripped, misaligned, and the monitor was not in place. Howard did not care as he wanted the unit shipped back to him at our costs.7. 24/7 customer support is a lie. It took several days to get a response from them at times.I do NOT recommend this fireplace and hope that others will see other reviews to realize this is an awful product.I have attached photos showing the misleading photo used on the website vs what you actually get.

Very satisfied with the product overall…really enjoy the variety of flames available and especially the realistic crackling sounds. Great ambience for rainy days. The heater is a nice bonus also. As other reviewers have noted, the visual effect when viewed from a side angle is much less realistic but I feel this will vary based on your room set up and the fireplace position. We replaced a gas fireplace we never used with this unit and have already enjoyed it much more than the gas fireplace.

Our new Magikflame fireplace is built like a tank with engineering precision and stunning good looks. As I was assembling the pieces for our corner I couldn’t help but think, “It’s worth every penny!” My husband and I were in the furniture business for many years and love the superb corner design. The heater has warmed our 12x20 living room from 60 degrees to 70, perfect for chilly mornings and evenings. The fire/log combo is quite unique...and fun to have so many options.Probably the trickiest part was getting the hologram glass in the right position, but with one quick call to their customer support we were up and running. We are very pleased with our purchase!

The fireplace is beautiful. I needed to build a base for the mantle to make it higher.

We love our Magicflame. With just a alittle adjustment we found our favorite flame.
