A: Lemon juice will remain “fresh” for a day or two in the fridge. After that, depending on how demanding is your palate, you start to notice changes in flavor. 

In a sealed bottle in the fridge you can extend it life to about a month or so

A: It is too small for a grapefruit

We purchased and have been using this juicer for a while now and we love it! We have a large, very productive, Meyer lemon tree and the OXO Good Grips 2-in-1 Citrus Juicer makes short work of juicing all our lemons and works just as well for oranges. It's easy to use and clean. You can visually see and measure the amount of juice needed. And the smaller juicer, the yellow one, is great for limes. It is a great buy and I definitely recommend!
