The item shown in the image is a plane crystal pyramid and while you receive it you will get some impression in its bottom. So 8f you are looking for a plane crystal pyramid then the seller is not good.

The base has a symbol, the pyramid is not plain like shown in the picture. Although it does not make a huge difference.
