great!
I bought this along with Elaine Stillerman's prenatal book. I am a massage therapist that's trained in prenatal and knew that there were some things that you had to be careful of when massaging a mommy-to-be. Most women love aromatherapy but have to be aware of certain risks when using essential oils during their pregnancy. This book is clear about what to use and what to avoid. Highly recommended.

Short, easy to understand and follow, and it works!
I bought this book during my pregnancy and have used it so many times I've lost count. As well as helpful hints on massage techniques, the book lists those essential oils that are, and are not, to be used during pregnancy, during labour, and on your baby. It's a nice read as well as a useful reference for treating common pregnancy/labour complaints and how to massage baby (she loves it!). Also gives tips on buying/storing essential oils. This is my favourite pregnancy/labour/baby book and I have a few!
