I bought this to replace my bike, it’s about as fast if not faster on even ground, and the specs are true, the battery went down 25% in 2.5 miles and it definitely feels like 13 mph. I wouldn’t recommend using an electric longboard if you’ve never ridden a skateboard or haven’t mastered your balance on a skateboard this is a lot faster and easier to fall of if you’re not careful. The only bad part of this longboard is that the wheels are a bit too hard you feel every bump on the road, and after a long ride my feet hurt for about 20 minutes and it’s really bad at going uphill but overall it’s a lot of fun

For the first couple days it ran okay well after getting done charging it the remote showed it was charged the skateboard showed it was charged but it won't move what could be the problem

Temperature, weight, incline, and speed setting all impact the range. On a 70 degree day with little wind, relatively flat or low incline ground, 170 lbs of weight, on the Mid speed setting I got over 10 miles range. Same weight and route, but 55 degrees with wind, I barely went a total of 9 miles. So keep that in mind. Advertised speed of 13 mph needs really smooth, flat, and nice pavement to achieve. 8-10 mph is more or less the average speed you’ll travel at, depending on the day and how much you weigh.For the price, I highly doubt you’ll find a much nicer electric board. This board has hooked me in and I’m already looking for my next board thanks to it 😅I’m not sure about the customer service, but hopefully it’s responsive if I ever need it.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this board because it was relatively cheap and I wanted it to get around campus easier. Build quality seems pretty good for the price. It does go about 12 mph on flat ground but doesn’t do hills. It’ll go up slight inclines at slow speeds but I give it a push to help. The battery life is pretty good. I rode around for like an hour and the battery only went down to 75%. The braking is okay, it works in a pinch but won’t bring you to a screeching halt. Overall I like this board. It works pretty well and was cheap. I included a video of me kick flipping it just because I thought it was kinda cool. Would recommend this product.

The brakes on it are more so meant to slow you down. It never brings me to a complete stop unless i jump off the board and then hit the brakes. It goes at a good speed, it ok for hills, and it's great for turning. I just wish the company screwed my battery all the way on so I wouldn't have to have the screws poking through the grip material on my board.

The media could not be loaded. It is as advertised on the specs. Those who gave negative comments probably do not understand 350 watts. or got the lemon out of the production line. They can have it replaced.

Speed/power and battery life exceeded my expectations. The hand control is pretty fragile. Don’t drop it! But I highly recommend the purchase! Happy customer for sure.

It does not go 13mph Top speed when fully charge goes 7mph. Don’t buy this board sucks and waste of money.
