Average modeling skills for the air frame assembly. Finishing depends on degree of detail desired. Definitely not for a beginner.

does it have crew members(pilot).If not can anyone give me a source for interior crew members.

A bit late, but you can get pilots (and ground crews) from the "Hasegawa Pilot Deck Crew" sets here on amazon and other places. Search for the words in the quotes and you will see 2 options: Crew B is USAF (mostly) and Crew A is USN, despite both being labeled as USN. Since the A-1H is USN, you most likely want Crew Set A. The gear on the pilots might not be 100% correct for the A1 era, but inside a closed up cockpit who would really notice?

Can the wings fold on this model?

Sorry but the wings on this kit are molded as solid wings and not designed to be folded.
