49 yr old female who has a long history of mild anxiety and sleep issues. I committed to trying them to appease my significant other. I agreed to try them (all 28) for 28 nights. Here's what happened. I took it 1/2 hr prior to bed and for a week I didn't notice a real difference. During the second week I noticed I got a tiny bit more sleep, but then realized it was giving me a deeper sleep during those hours. The third week I noticed intermittent sleep (still woke briefly in the night), but again, more rested overall. I've now taken them for two months without fail and am convinced I'm getting more hours and better, more restful sleep overall. I've never responded to melatonin. This is a combination I totally believe in and will no doubt continue to take. Hope this helps.

This product has helped me sleep through the night. The only drawback (hence the 4 stars) is that the time release portion doesn't clear my system within the "6 hour" recommended sleep time. I am groggy well into the morning. I solved this issue by biting the tabs in half, and only using a half each night.

Being 65 I wake a few times a night for the bathroom. These help me fall back to sleep faster. I get a deeper sleep and wake well rested. I also sleep longer. Used to wake around 3 to 4am. Now sleeping until 5 to 6am of good sound sleep. I have also noticed because of better sleep my mood is better during the day. I have just a slight "head" in the morning but that wears off quickly. This does not have an antihistamine in it so not too bad of a morning head.Hard to judge on reviews - reasoning is that everyone's body chemistry is different so what may work for one person may not work for someone else. For the money try them. But again I would not get the ones with an antihistamine in it as they will give you a head in the morning.Note: The pills are individually packed. It may look as though there are different pills in the clear package but they are all the same. They have a different color on each side so it depends how they lay in the package may make you think there are two different kinds but they are the same.

Unfortunately these made me super drowsy the next day.... Not too mention they came with three pills missing out of the packaging. Obviously it was a used pack, and they didn't like it either.
