I thought this was such a weird toy at first and hated that it was so many pieces, but it’s actually not that bad. I love all the colors! All the little spikes store inside the hedgehog, thankfully, so easy to clean up and put away/take on the go. This is definitely a durable little toy as my son is pretty rough on it sometimes, but he does like it a lot. Great for hand/eye coordination, motor skills, etc.. somebody had gifted us one for his 1st birthday, so we did the same for someone else. I would definitely buy another one in the future, if need be. Highly recommend.

I know the age recommendation is older than 9M but my LO can sit and play and talk for what feels like forever with this toy. Plus we can also sit and play with her and learn at the same timePerfect for fine motor skill development, learning colors, & numbers! Storage shell is also a plus to not lose pieces and keep it all together!

This was a very cute toy for my almost two year old cousin. The pieces were easy for her to navigate. And it was so simple for her to put the quills in the cute porcupine. Much easier than other shape sorters. The inexpensive price was great too!

Love this toy. Helpful with plenty of things like colors numbers and motor skills plus little tots just love pulling and putting in things of any sorts this just makes it safer and more colorful and enjoyable I think for them.Only thing I wish is maybe it'd be easier to pull out while the hedge hog stayed in place instead of lifting up the entire thing when learning to pull out a spike but I mean that's a trivial thing overall for the price and adorable look and quality being fantastic and the purpose of the toy overall...it kinda does meet all expectations in the end so it's more like a 4.5 stars for me. Portability and storage inside the animal so you don't hace a mess of spikes everywhere or lose them. Easy to use and handle. Not made cheaply either shockingly. No loud obnoxious noise or annoying sounds from this toy either! Always a plus. Little man loves it.Definitely would say I recommend to other mothers and customers looking into making the purchase.

Nice bright colors and super cute. It serves its purpose for working on fine motor skills while making it enjoyable for my toddler! Love that you can store the pegs right in the hedgehog.

This toy helps with the development of fine motor skills, counting, and color identification. The 12 quills store neatly inside. It is easy to clean, too.

The media could not be loaded.  My 18-month-old granddaughter likes this cute toy. At first, she had a little trouble fitting the pegs into the holes because one end is for holding. She figured it out pretty quickly with a little guidance. This is a good toy for color recognition and counting. The blue piece can be pulled off to store the pegs inside. Snaps back on easily. Holes are numbered 1-12. Fun, durable, and educational toy.

Mi hijo es difícil de mantenerlo concentrado y con Spike se mantiene entretenido un buen rato, muy buena calidad del juguete y excelente para trabajar motricidad fina, contar, aprender colores, etc.
