Great to have in the kitchen for straining such essentials as stocks. They are washable and reusable. I would suggest washing prior to first use. They seem sturdy, well made and I would assume last a very long time. I would buy again and as a gift for a friend that cooks.

I use these for straining yoghurt. I've got a two-gallon pot with a steamer insert; I line the insert with one of these, add the new yoghurt (the insert bears the weight of the yoghurt) and put on the lid. The whey collects in the pot itself, out from which I periodically pour it until I've removed the amount I want. The cheesecloth I rinse and wash in the machine with dishcloths, socks and other miscellaneous laundry. One tool, one task, and it does that task excellently.

I use these for clarified butter. They are 2 foot by 2 foot and I cut one into 4 pieces 1 foot square. They do not fry after being cut. A little soap and water and rinse, perfectly reusable.

Pretty good. Gets the job done. No particles after I run it thru this cheese cloth. Not super easy to clean, stains.

Das Produkt war kompakt und höflich ausgestrahlt.Die Gaze war kein normales Tuch, dessen Faden in der Mitte des Tuches verschlungen war.Also musste ich die Breite von 30 cm abschneiden. Die Qualität des Produktes ist nicht gut.
