Only beard oil I'll use
Works fantastic. Keeps the skin moisturized and the beard feeling healthy. Being a jelly, it gives you a little bit more power to tame your beard than a traditional oil. It adds a tiny bit of shine to my gingery-brown beard - just enough to keep it looking good without looking greasy. Each bottle lasts a LONG time. I'm on my second bottle, having bought my first one in August 2018 and my 2nd in August 2020. I use mine regularly but not religiously on my short-medium length beard, using a glob the size of a small pea each time. I can imagine some people could go through a bottle in 9 months to a year but probably not much sooner than that unless you're overdoing it (or have a Duck Dynasty beard). As far as scents - I first purchased a bottle of the Gold scent and liked it but wanted to try something else. Bearing in mind how long each bottle lasts, I didn't want to commit to buying a scent I wasn't going to be sure I'd like, so I bought a trial kit from their website that came with an ounce or two of each scent. All of them except Gold didn't smell great and the scents were notably strong. I couldn't hug my family members without them commenting on how they didn't like the way I smelled. For my 2nd bottle I ended up going with unscented and I recommend it 10x over any the others. I feel that if I want to smell a certain way, I can just throw on a little bit of cologne, and I don't need my beard oil adding any unnecessary smells. Also a note with the different scents - my experience is that the unscented seems to have a better consistency than the others. I suspect the added oils for the scents make the mixtures less homogenous and more prone to coming out runny (imagine the liquid at the top of an unshaken ketchup bottle). The obvious answer to this is "shake the bottle," but with the bottle of Gold that I first owned it was very hard to give it a proper shake until I was maybe 1/6th of the way through the bottle. This could simply have been an issue of quality control but this seemed to hold true with the scents in the trial kid I had as well.Overall verdict - solid product. Five stars. I don't see a reason to try any other brands. I highly recommend the unscented version, and if you want to go the scented route I recommend trying the trial kit first to see what you like.

Between oil and balm
Tried this out for something different that wasn't beard oil. The Jelly is somewhere in between the thickness of beard oil and a beard balm in my opinion. Having a thicker textured beard, it gives a slight shine without the greasy feeling and a little shaping as well. Although, I would personally prefer something a little stiffer to protect my beard shape when working outside in the winds.A drawback is the oils, like most other products, will collect anything that blows in your beard (sawdust for me) and come out looking like Leonardo DiCaprio in The Revenant. Not a bad product and would recommend for anyone wanting a middle ground between soft oil and stiff balm.Value: 4/5Quality: 4.5/5Overall Rabman rating: 4.25

This is the stuff!
I’ve tried so many beard oils and they’re usually way too expensive for the quantity (and I go through a lot!) or too strong a scent. I’d gotten to the point of using simple raw oils like argan or jojoba, but I struggle to get the proportions right, and on their own they’re never as conditioning as I’d like.I find this gel is way easier to get a correct and consistent amount n the beard, and also to work into the beard, than liquid oils. It leaves my normally-course beard feeling soft and looking great — in fact I’ve received compliments on how good my beard looks since using this.I really like that there is an unscented (or “Naked”) version — I’m fairly picky about smells, especially when they’re that close to my face. It’s worth noting that it’s a gel consistency because of the the use of vegetable fats that are more solid at room temps, and not because of anything synthetic. This stuff works great and the price ain’t bad. Definitely recommend!

Great for all hair
Being unscented makes it great to use at night so your bedding doesn't care the scent. It's not greasey, overpowering and it absorbe quickly

Unscented smells horrible
I forgot why I stopped buying this years ago. It works well, but the unscented version smells bad. The best way to describe it is like old play dough. And it’s strong.
