Wonderful substitute for powered cinnamon with punch

Using this in French toast makes for a great tasting meal

Smell is yummy, use it in baking, cinnamon bread rolls cookies cannoli cream etc. also nice to put on cotton ball makes house smell delicious.

Just what I would expect from Lorann! I purchased it because I remember how it was the only brand of flavoring that my Mother would use. She was a professional baker and would only use the very best. Lorann most definitely fits that description!

Purchased this because a video review bragged about using it for coffee creamer. Smell is really odd and flavor is terrible right out of the bottle- perhaps it needs to be baked before flavor tastes right. Since I didn't like the taste I decided to try and use it to add some nice scent to pine cones for a potpourri sort of thing. That was a huge mistake too as it really smelled bad on the pine cones too. Threw it away in disgust! This is a VERY artificially flavored item, not at all natural.

It was thicker than I initially thought it would be. However, being an emulsion rather than an oil, I suppose this is to be expected. That said, it absolutely worked great in my homemade cinnamon and vanilla coffee creamer recipe.

Did not realize when I purchased this flavor oil that it was from the emulsion product line. Disappointed because it’s non-returnable even though it’s was unopened and unused. Forced in keeping it, I will say the smell and taste is devine. Much spicer than the regular SS Cinnamon Oil, this has the potential for many different uses, especially during the fall season baking. The emulsion is a creamier milky texture and I can only assume it’s for baking purposes not the flexible use of SS for candy, ice treats or baking. Sure to not make the mistake again, but open to the emulsion line if I’m strictly looking for enhancements to my baking!

This is another liquid flavor I found for my smoothies and coffees. I have been dieting for a few months and have been looking for ways to add variety to my daily plain greek yogurt and almond milk smoothies. It brings the flavor of the high quality dry cinnamon I use in cooking, but mixes much more easily in my beverages.I learned after the first use that I only need a little bit to round out the flavor whether mixing with fruits or making a Mexican flavored chocolate smoothie. I also use it to make a smoothie that tastes like Horchata by starting with vanilla protein powder and almond milk, then adding some of this cinnamon spice and almond extract. You can make this taste like Rumchata by mixing in some rum flavor or Bacardi if it has been that kind of day.
