Great quality banner, it is flag like material which pleasantly surprised me. Held up to wind and rain that came out of nowhere! Balloon boxes needed a little tape to help hold them square but looked great when full of balloons. You have to stick the letters on yourself. Overall very happy with the product and it was a great value.

It’s easy to assemble.

Overall the Product was not that bad. The alphabets on the balloon boxes was love instead of one (there were only 3 boxes but 4 alphabets). We realized this minutes before the birthday party and didn't have enough time to return and request for replacement. The banner was good quality though.

I only received the backdrop

This is an amazing package the quality of the banner is better than I expected & the boxes are easy to assemble! Definitely worth the money

It’s perfect

I don't understand how the letters LOVE get packaged with a banner that says "Mr. ONEderful", or how 4 letters get packaged with 3 boxes... Literally does not compute on any level.I am not returning the product because I can make the letter N faster than dealing with the headache of this company. I also read reviews prior to this, and saw I am not the only one to have received LOVE letters. There is a clear disconnect on this companies quality control.The banner is awesome, no complaints there!The review is still a 2 star due to the irrelevance of receiving 4 letters to spell LOVE vs the need of 3 letters to spell ONE. ESPECIALLY after they have already received a bad review stating this exact same thing.
