Easy to use
Unit works fine but will not charge thru my phone case. There upright unit that they sell will charge thru my case.

Great Customer Service
The NANAMI charger worked flawlessly for nearly a year before it stopped charging. Email their customer service. Judy responded right away. After determining that the unit was not charging properly and a sincere apology for any inconveniences that I may have experienced, Judy offered to send a “New” Replacement item, no charge to me. Their policy is “Customer First.”Based on my experience with NANAMI I rate both the charger and their customer service 5 Stars. I would not hesitate to purchase other products from them again and I would also recommend their products.Sidebar, I did not receive any compensation for this review.

Hot, hard to get sweet spot and slips easily.
Unlike the stand which is 5 star, both the round and the square charger have issues. It gets really hot. It is hard to find the sweet spot where it will charge from and if your phone slides even a little it can result in it not charging at all as it is no longer on that sweet spot. I found the slipping to be an issue with both of the ones I tried. I suppose if you had this set up on a surface where you were no longer working or in my case near to it, it might work, but I ended up putting a soft hair scrungy around it to hold in place as every time the dogs or I walked by the wood floor must have transmitted enough movement to cause this to slightly move off the sweet spot. I felt like it was taking longer to charge too but that might have been because it kept slipping off the sweet spotWill just get a second stand as that has been better than the one Samsung made for my phone!

Works Great!
I have only had this about a week but so far it is working great. I purchased this because my other wireless charger just seems to be hit and miss. This one works well so far, charges much faster, and is easier to use. At this point I would say this is a definite buy....will update if anything changes.

Might get another one
I was skeptical at first because the pricing was good and I never heard of the brand, it fits well in my bag for traveling between work and home, charging power is amazing and now I don't have to worry about cords tangling while I'm at work and the setup was easy peasy.

The Good:• Connects to newer devices for fast charging• Light weight• Simple yet stylish• Easy to useThe Not-As Good:• Have to place phone in just the right spot for charging• Need to have a capable fast charging block to achieve fast charging (not included)• Cable included is USB-A to USB-C which doesn't fit with Samsung-style SuperFast charging blocks (USB-C to USB-C) meaning you might need to order an additional cable to achieve fast charging depending on your device and/or charging block
