worth a try
At first I was skeptical to try this product but I'm glad I did, the only downside was it took awhile until it kicked in but I did feel calm after taking it.

Product description honesty
I've tried several sleeping aids. The sleeping aids I've tried tell you their are is drug-free, but it isn't true!This is the first sleeping aid that has been truthful in their product description! Personally, I've had deeper sleep, been less anxious, and sleep longer hours during the night.

I love this stuff.
I use it every night because of terrible insomnia. It keeps me asleep for most of the night unlike other brands that just help you go to sleep. I needed help STAYING asleep.

Works really well, but I get a bit of a hangover. Could use the time release with a smaller dose.
