The media could not be loaded. I like this headlamp a lot. It’s used for running (by me) and my kid is obsessed with it as a toy too. It’s not crazy bright but enough to light up your path. I like the angling piece on the lamp so that you can adjust the angle of the light. The three AAA batteries that came in it were duracel and so far they’ve lasted at least an hour of use. It stays on my head and doesn’t bounce around. On the Video you can see that the light goes pretty far, but it’s not as bright as you might like if you’re running in the country like me. Will buy again if this one breaks, great quality so far!

I had a few concerns when I ordered this product:1. Most of the 5-star reviewers admitted to being compensated for their review.2. I bought this for running and thought the light might bounce with each step and irritatingly bump my forehead3. The batteries might be difficult to replace.The head strap is adjustable and I easily found a setting that is not too tight yet holds the light firmly in place. I love the fact that when I naturally turn my head to look in another direction the illuminated spot on the ground tracks my gaze. Maybe this is obvious (headlamp, after all) but I'm thrilled every run. The LED lights have surprisingly good range. The 3 AAA batteries are easy to replace. I needed to change them after 13 hours of running since the light got too dim.

I ordered this during Amazon Prime days for a great price. This is a nice little headlamp. Very lightweight and extremely bright. However, I do struggle with trying to keep it still and steady when I am running. Right now I am running in the middle of summer so maybe my sweaty forehead makes it slip around more. It might work better if I wore it over a buff or cap. So for running this is okay. But it is an excellent hiking and camping headlamp.UPDATE: This worked great for about a month and then the white bulb started getting noticeably dimmer. I had to start changing the batteries once a week just to get the white bulb to be bright enough to see while I was running. A few weeks ago, I changed the batteries yet again and the white bulb started flickering and then just died. The white bulb no longer works but the red bulbs still light up. For running, the red bulbs make you visible but do nothing for helping you see your path. I really needed the white bulb to work reliably. I emailed the company asking if there was any way to change the bulb and if it was normal for the white bulb in this headlamp to die and for the headlamp to take so many batteries. They immediately replied to my inquiry assuring me that this was not normal for this headlamp and, without me even asking, said they were going to send out a new lamp. Not only that, they refunded my money for the original headlamp. I received the new headlamp a day later. 5 stars for customer service. 4 stars because of the bulb and battery issues but hoping that was just a defective headlamp and the new one will be better.

I bought this so I could run early in the morning before the sun is up. The first half of my running route has no street lights. I was pretty skeptical about how this would stay on my head. I was very surprised at how comfortable it was. I forgot I was wearing it. The angle of the light is easy to adjust while you are moving. I was able to light up my path easily. Once the sun comes up I simply press the power button to turn the light off and leave it on my head. It does not bother me and is easier than carrying it in my hand for the remainder of my run. The batter life is pretty great as well. I would highly recommend the head lamp for any runners needing to light their path in the dark.

At any rate, great service from the seller."I purchased this product for night running. On the first run, it worked great. On the second run, the light went out. I changed the batteries, but had the same problem. So it was not faulty batteries. Now the light is sometimes on and sometimes off, and sometimes flickers, but most of the time the light is off. What a bummer. I would not purchase this product again. Don't buy it."

I received my headlamp on Friday afternoon. It was ready to go with the batteries already installed. I tried it on and made just a couple of adjustments to the strap. I wore it the next day for my 21 mile run that started at 4:30 AM. We ran in the dark for 2.5 hours and the light was amazing. It was so much brighter than the headlamp my running friend was wearing and the band is really reflective too. It is very comfortable and I did not have any problems with it slipping or moving. Because it is so compact, when it got light, I was able to store the headlamp in my handheld water bottle's zippered pouch. I am extremely happy with this product!

I've tried it on a short run thru my neighborhood. Haven't yet used it in the trails, which is why I bought it. It works ok, although I suspect I probably need more lumens. It is light (not heavy) which is nice. I think you should state the number of lumens in the Amazon description to make it easier to compare. Also, it needs like a rubber pad or something that goes between the housing and my forehead. I suspect that it will become uncomfortable after awhile. I might try to buy a brighter better one and use yours for shorter runs or for a backup.
