This is the case where you get what you pay for. It works fine to hang a couple of coats and to store six pairs of low top shoes. If you intend to hang more coats, especially long ones, it will look super full and the coats will sit on top of each other - so the number of hooks is not an advantage in this case, unless you have a bunch of small items to hang, e.g. keys, hats, small bags. The whole thing does fit into smaller spaces and the bench is sturdy enough to sit down to put the shoes on. The issue is the quality control, as mentioned by a few other reviews. The one we got looks completely wonky from the side, as the main tall poles are not in line. Since that is hardly visible from the front and with coats on, we are keeping the item, but this is not a quality piece, as would be expected from the price. It is also some cheaper wood that is covered in the print of stained wood. I doubt it would survive moving or reassembly.

Coat rack arrived as expected. Although all in pieces everything you needed, apart from a Philips screwdriver, was in the box. Stage by stage easy instructions to follow I was able to put it together with 90 minutes. A study coat rack which looks good. I would as a precaution advise to you the small tag which is included to secure the rack to the wall thus preventing any likelihood of it tipping forwards.

Using for purpose intended. I have the perfect space for it in the entrance to my kitchen. Bought this since my vestibule is small. Would have been useful to receive with hooks already attached. I love the item. 😊

Do NOT buy this.The kit was beautifully arranged but that’s as far as it goes.The screws that were packed weren’t the right sizes. Though they did fit together for the first part of the assembly, there wasn’t enough screws of the right size to finish the job.No screws adequate for fixing the hooks to the boards. They were bolts roughly 3mm thick and 1 inch long. Instead of tiny self tap screws in the manual. Which was also printed in a mixed up order of pages as well. Shocking.The support bar at the top looked ugly when there was no attention to the finished look. Had tube at a right angle to tubes with nothing to make it look in the slightest way, ‘flush’.Pieces didn’t even arrive clean, they had some sort of factory dust under the packaging.The photos portray that the upright part of this item sits close enough to the wall to fix it to the wall, but the gram at the bottom doesn’t allow that narrow gap purely by how the base is designed. Evidently a fake photo!Very disappointed. I don’t write bad reviews, ever, but this one needs to be said.DONT BUY THIS ITEM!
