I initially bought 2 of these. I had to return the first one I purchase within 24 hours - it stopped working and wouldn't reset itself. Used this diffuser for about an hour each day for 2 weeks. Then the lights started flashing and wouldn't work. Tried cleaning out water chamber but found bottom was melting. Found small droplets of water under the unit when I picked it up. The device that holds the diffuser filter was also spoungy to touch. Removed the filter device and pulled out the fitler, the case that holds the filter was melted to the filter. Needless to say, I had to throw the whole unit away because it was fully worthless.
