Great for Mini Frittatas!
These pans are perfect for making individual frittatas. No one wants to scrub stuck-on eggs from a dish so these are great to bake in, cute enough to serve in, and easy to toss when finished! (With a little butter and olive oil coating the pan, the eggs don’t even stick.) They are of good quality, as well…the frittatas bake evenly in them and forks don’t puncture the foil.

it was handy to order them and get them the next day- I just use them for general cooking- even do sunny-side eggs cooked in olive oil in the oven with them-avoids the bacon grease, tastes okHave done any pies or cakes yet-b when I get in the mood, I'll take a photo.
