Wish it wasn't made in China.
Overall the product looks good - but would not have bought it had I known it was made in China. Way too expensive for a Chinese made product. Thailand would have been more acceptable but really for the price it should be German. Only just large enough for large rolls. Unlike the spare roll holder in the same style - only suitable for small rolls.

the toilet paper easily falls off the open end, very disappointed
I bought all three of the same design and love two of them. The toilet paper holder has an open end and the toilet paper easily slips off onto the floor. I would have returned it but I had already thrown the original box away.

Not sturdy at all
Do not recommend it at all. Waste of money. This product is not sturdy on the wall. It was loose from day 1. I'm very unhappy with it. Finally, I will have to replace it with a more solid, sturdy product.

Show chrome finish, heavy and sturdy construction. Expensive but thats Grohe products. I don’t mind spending $$ for good quality products.

Mooie kwaliteit. In verhouding met de toiletrolhouders mijn inziens te klein. Dikkere rollen (tegenwoordig meer de standaard) passen wel, maar ze zijn er niet voor ontworpen.

Porta rotolo molto essenziale e, per questo, esattamente funzionale: agevole da pulire, si impolvera poco, di facile utilizzo. Abbiate cura di stringere il più possibile la vite altrimenti dopo qualche tempo esse potrebbe allentarsi.

Just wrote this review to say that the new massive toilet rolls you get in supermarkets these days will fit (just) on this loo roll holder. The holder itself looks good, and hasn't fallen off yet after a year - despite my concerns that only a grub screw is holding it to the bracket.
