Although expensive, works perfectly. Very pleased.

Bought this for a child who is interested in magnets. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but still worked well and was a good way for him to try some things without using crummy kitchen magnets or tiny ones that could potentially be swallowed by younger siblings. Happy with the purchase.

I have a metal (stainless steel?) copyholder that holds type-written documents that I need to copy at eye level. This copyholder has a small, freely-movable magnet which attaches, stabilizes the documents to the flat metal copyholder. The magnet was strong enough to suspend the documents on the metal copyholder. Everything was going great until I lost the magnet that holds the documents in place, I needed a replacement and I got this horseshoe magnet, which does the job. It can hold 7 sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper without problems. If I add one more sheet of paper, the magnet isn't strong enough to keep the papers suspended, and the papers will start to travel downwards due to the pull of gravity. The magnet is adequate for my purposes however.

I wanted a strong magnet that also looked like a cartoon in order to pick up the paper clips that get all over my desk. This magnet is hardly strong enough to hold itself up- sorry but it’s true. Super cute and it made a cute rando gift for a friend but still.

Great little magnets. They are very strong and I use to demonstrate as an illustration.
