Hi thanks for your question. We can provide a cash budgeting 101 guide by request after purchase. But in a nutshell it’s 1) use the budget cards to plan out your monthly spending before starting 2) decide on your cash categories and fund your envelopes when you get paid 3) track your monthly cash expenses using the expense trackers 4) the next month refine your budget card based on what you spent the month before. 5) no credit cards allowed and when the cash runs out you can either move from another envelope or you need to wait until you get paid next. 6) super saver tip! Q: what size is the binder and can the rings can be opened to remove it?

Hi this binder is a “personal size” and can be removed. There is a nice stretchy coupon and receipt pocket on the right side as well that works well without the binder too if desired.
