£10 Is worth the chance to get your life back, take it.
Great Book, would recommend to anybody with anxiety no matter how mild or severe. Through putting the techniques in this book into practise I have managed to improve my anxiety which i just thought i would have to put up with forever and I haven't even finished the book yet (1 chapter left). What is suggested in this book is tough and scary at times to implement but to take back your life from anxiety its worth it. For ten quid its mos def worth the buy and to take the chance whether it works for you or not (It almost def will if you whole heartedly take to the new mindset and techniques)BUY IT

Fun and effective tretment for OCD
i found Reid Wilson's book Stop Obsessing to be the best book ever written on OCD until now. This book corrects the reasons that traditional ERP fails. Especially the fact that the hierachy of fears approach is too specific and in any case new fears may well arise after therapy ceases. Reid Wilson encourages accepting intrusive thoughts and welcoming uncertainty and anxiety in order to help in the tolerance of uncertainty and anxiety in real-life situations and helps decrease the risk for acquiring new fears. In addition adopting a "bring it on" attitude will help generate opportunities to learn and practice how to cope with obsessional anxiety and doubt without the need for avoidance and rituals.

Boring
I have read a few of these types of books and this one was by far the most boring an uninspiring. Definitely struggled to get from one chapter to the next. There are better books out there that are better at helping with this issue.
