My grandson loves this hat. When his Dad saw it for the first time he said "It's a Chevy Chase" hat! Hmmm, ok. My grandson thinks he is too cool for school with this noggin topper.

Good quality, nice and warm hat. Mouth cover is a great plus, you can use it now as a face mask to protect yourself from COVID-19. The face cover fits an adult.

(My head size is 21" so this hat fit me perfectly)It's a decent hat. It seems like it would be great for kid's outdoor activity. Aside from the buckle, which can easily slide off apparently (mine didn't come with a buckle so I had to order a replacement) it seems like it could stand up to a lot of use.The material is pretty standard. It's not the most comfortable hat in the world but it will keep your head warm in mildly cold weather. The entire hat is polyester so it's more rigid and coarse, but not itchy or scratchy. It's a very average comfort and warmth.The mask seems useless though. It rides up way too high and blocks your view. Even on a child's the mask was just too big, awkward and uncomfortable. The mask might work better if it's put on using the ear loops and then wearing the hat over it to actually block the wind and have the mask sitting on your face properly.I ended up opting for a more expensive and comfortable trapper hat to wear most of the time, but I kept this one for working outdoors or just running quick errands.Aside from the mask, the hat does what it sets out to do.(FYI, 20°F to 30°F weather was about when my head started to get cold and the insulation wasn't keeping my ears warm. So if you live in a very cold climate, this hat may not be the best choice.)

I have a small head and most one size men's hats are too big for me. I wear a 71/8 hat and this fits me great. It probably will not fit small children under 10 or 12. I love it ! keeps me warm in zero degree F weather
