Used this product before. Tried another similar product but went back to this product

Seen results
It has an after taste if taken without a meal. Results were noticeable after a couple of months. I’ve had issues with my knees when climbing stairs where I feel like my knees will give out, but now I can climb them with no problem. I’ve also noticed dark spots on my face have faded and others have disappeared altogether.
