I'm just a new, amateur baker with lots of room for improvement. I had a recipe that called for whitening plain buttercream frosting to make it less yellow, and I didn't have anything like that. I ordered this and it was great to use. I also realized I could fix my food-coloring errors pretty quickly and easily with it. It gives me a lot more range for color with the gel color set I use. I also love the no-mess squeeze bottle compared with the little jars of gel coloring that require gloves or dye my fingers. :) Great price too.

I love this stuff. I really does turn any off white icing/frosting a clean, bright white. I have even used this on whipped cream that is off white because of the vanilla. It only takes a few drops to do the trick so this will last you a long time. Love, love, love it!!

Love this stuff, I use it every time I make icing. A little goes a long way and it really makes the colors pop! No weird taste and doesn't mess with the consistency of the frosting or icing.
