Review: For the money, it's the best you can find. - I've had this for roughly 6 months now; so far it's survived the winter. I live in the mountains in New Mexico; it gets windy here. Like stupid windy. There are times when it'll blow at 40 mph for hours, and not in a steady way, more of in a gusty, damn-I -wish-I-wore-a-hat-because-my-hair's-in-my-mouth kind of way. And this thing has held up to that. So bam, 5 stars. Is it perfect? Meh, no, and here's why: - It's starting to develop a rip in the canvas from chaffing on one of the support bar bolts that sticks out a bit. - It was missing one pole when it arrived. - It is not the most rigid thing ever and moves around when it's windy. The tubing is pretty thin wall and the connections are about two steps above jank. So why 5 stars? Well, because: - I contacted the manufacturer about the pole and they sent a replacement quickly. Not overnight, but 2 day shipping style. - It has stood up to a serious amount of wind and not ripped up. - It's stood up to a few decent snow loads. Maybe 1' or so at most at a time. It sags a bit, but it holds. - It was pretty cheap, especially compared to the other stuff out there (even Costco). The problem with Costco is they don't always have the damn shelter... - You can get a replacement canvas. Some other notes: - I staked each post with one stake into asphalt. There are three holes, but the spacing was such that it would severely weaken the asphalt to drive more than one in so close to each other. - On the back I tied 2 33" tires/rims to the frame to help hold it down. I have no idea if they're necessary, but they don't hurt. - I have a 1970 Buick LeSabre parked in this shelter - it's a 20' long, 8' wide car and there is still room on the front and back of the shelter even with the tires in the back. Not a ton of room, but enough to squeeze through. - The twist in guy lines were useless for me. It's sitting on a corner bit of asphalt - so there's not many options for guy lines. The back and one side could potentially use guy lines, but there are several issues. First, there's no external way to hook up rope, which is kind of dumb. Next, the twist in stakes they provide are not good for any form or rocky soil. Perhaps if you have midwestern mud or some sandy loam, you'll be ok, but they were useless for me. All in all, I'd say it's worth it so far. I'll update if anything gets bitched.
Review: No...just no - I live somewhere where there can be consistent wind, and rarely mildly strong winds. I am overall super duper disappointed with these sheds. The frame is alright, but the tarp was trash from day one, and overall it just sucked! Loud in any wind. Tears at the corners of the roof, so not very effective in rain protection. The first shed went up with little to no problems as the instructions were fairly clear. I did order extra corkscrew posts to add extra hold to keep it from blowing away. The tarp was obviously not going to last a very long time because it is very thin and it was clear that the screws in the frame would lead to the demise of the tarp in no time at all. The shed did ok for about 2 months so I ordered a second shed(roughly $800 down the drain now). The second shed didn't go up as easily, and with in two days of having it up, it literally blew away in the breeze, it wasn't even windy, just a breeze! In the breeze-y fly away of the second shed, the tarp was destroyed. These sheds supposedly have a decent wind rating, we never even got close to the max wind rating and our sheds were trashed. Eventually, like with in 4 months, the first shed started to really tear at the roof corners, and let all the rain and snow in. The wind and slight breeze make the tarp RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!!!! So annoying, its supposed to be fairly taught which in theory should cut down the noise...that didn't happen, this thing is loud if you breath too hard near it. In less than a year, the roof of the first shed has split right down the middle and is now officially trash as well. The frame is sturdy enough, minus the issue of the screw ends...so now I will have to spend more money, buying a canvas type material at Harbor Freight to replace the dang tarp these sheds originally came with. I am very displeased with the advertising and over quality of everything involved with these tarps! I will never purchase from ShedLogic again, and I will actively protest anyone I know from getting one! Shed logic owes me $800!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: i want to order this item?**
A: this is not the item you seek, (hand wave).

**Q: Can the other side be open so that a car can drive through it?**
A: No. But I did buy another zipper door from ShelterLogic so I could drive through it.BTW this garage has been outstanding. It's lasted in teh desert sun for two years now, strong winds and my idiot neighbor bouncing hundreds of basketballs of the side of it.

**Q: How well does it hold up under snow?**
A: It will hold up well under snow load when new. As the sun weakens the fabric, not no much. It is advisable to clear roof of shelter when covered with snow or it could melt a little during the day and then freeze at night into a solid piece and be very difficult to remove. If that happens, the next snowfall could overload it. To prevent sun damage, cover the shelter with an additional tarp or tarps. this will prevent UV damage and weakening of the original cover. Get a tarp long enough to sit on the ground when installed. Put sand tubes on the tarp, three to a side. That will keep your tarp in place and help hold down your shelter when it's windy. Anchoring properly is the best thing you can do to prevent wind damage. Use 30-36" long anchors on every leg to be safe. Replace the tarp when it becomes weakened by the sun(several years or more with a heavy duty tarp) and the original cover will remain intact and able to be tensioned properly and used for many years.

**Q: Can i buy just the tarp**
A: Yes, but you have to search. I own two frames and am on my second skin for one. I find I get two years of full exposure before cloth becomes brittle and tears. If I don't finally get my shop/storage built I will have to buy two new skins at the end of this summer.

5 PLUS STARS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEED IN REPLACING DAMAGED TARP. LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER TO AGREEING TO WHAT I NEEDED I HAD THE COMPLETE TARPS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND ABSOLUTELY NO HASSLE FROM SHELTER LOGIC. JUST TO NOTE THEY DO OFFER A MORE EXPENSIVE AND BETTER QUALITY TARP THAN WHAT I HAD ORDERED BUT I NEEDED SOMETHING COST EFFECTIVE AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY EVEN OFFERED TO DISCOUNT THEIR HIGHER QUALITY TARP AND I JUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE BUT I WAS PRICE CONCEIOUS AND OPTED FOR REPLACING THE LOWER QUALITY AT NO COST. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. ITS UP 2 MONTHS AND HOLES ARE COMING IN THE TARP WHICH IS PAPER THIN AND VERY POOR QUALITY, THE ZIPPER BUSTED IN THE WIND AND MORE HOLES COMING IN THE COVER THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTLEY RUBBISH AND RATED AS LESS THAN ONE STAR BUT I GAVE 2 BECAUSE THE FRAME IS GOOD AND I DID GET GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT GETTING THE PART THAT GOT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING REPLACED. THIS WILL NOT LAST ONE SEASON AND IT LEAKS MY BOAT IS TOTALLY WET INSIDE. I WILL WILL NEED A TARP REPLACEMENT FOR SURE BY SPRING. ANOTHER NEGATIVE PART IS THEY PUT ALL THE BOLTS IN ONE BAG AND THEY ARE NOT MARKED SO SORTING THE 3 DIFFERENT SIZES IS A PAIN. THEY COULD HAVE GOT AWAY WITH 2 SIZES. THE POLE MARKINGS WERE FADED, SOME TOTALLY UNREADABLE, SOME DISTORTED AND WAY TOO MANY NUMBERS THEY SHOULD HAVE USED THE KISS METHOD (KEEP IT SIMPLE STPD) I WAS ABLE TO INSTALL IT BY MYSELF BUT ITS A MUCH SLOWER PROCESS GOOGLE THE VIDEOS AND YOU WILL FIND THE ONE I USED, ITS GREAT AND THE SHELTER LOGIC VIDEO IS ALSO GREAT. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE OK BUT THE CORNERS SHOULD HAVE SOME SORT UP OR DOWN ARROW AS IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. FOR THE MONEY ITS A GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK. THEY QUALITY SEEMS PRETTY DARN GOOD CONSIDERING THE PRICE. YOU WILL NEED MORE ANCHORS AND FOR THE CORNERS BUY THE SHELTER LOGIC 30IN THEY HAVE THEM AT A REAL GOOD PRICE, USE THE ONES THAT CAME WITH IT 15IN FOR THE SIDES TO GIVE YOU EXTRA SUPPORT. LONGIVITY TIME WILL TELL BUT TO HANDLE SNOW LOAD I WILL USE SOME MORE RATCHET STRAPS. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHELTER LIGIC AND EXCELLENT SERVICE BY AMAZON WHEN I NOTICED A TEAR IN THE FABRIC THAT HAPPENED DURING SHIPPING. SHELTER LOGIC IMMEDIATLY REPLACED THE END WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT DID NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEREAS AMAZON DID AND COMPENSATED ME FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK THAT I WILL HAVE TO DO TO REPLACE THE END. HATS OFF TO AMAZON. SHELTER LOGIC DID THEIR JOB AND PROMPLY REPLACING THE END SHOWS THEY ARE DEDICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
