These pans are very nice. A little heavyer than my previous ones, but I got used to them very quickly. The instructions say not to use non-stick cooking spray. I tried this and also using oil. Some food did well and some did not (eggs!). I am using non-stick cooking spray and I am very happy with them now.

Liked everything about them.

Made the mistake of believing that the surface was "Scratch Resistant" or I would have treated them like any other pan. The pictured scratches happened when shredding a chicken breast with two metal table forks. I can only imagine what would happen with anything else they say will NOT scratch the surface. Of course the window for returns has closed so please be informed.

Happy with product

These pans are not non-stick. I know how to care for my pans and I have treated these and clean them according to proper guidelines. They still stick and even after deep cleaning it wont come off. I have been in touch with their warranty dept and they are a joke. Michael Jay Romero from customer service just stopped responding. I filled out his warranty for 6 weeks ago and did hear back once and that was it. The warranty is "NOT GOOD AT ALL"!

Easy to clean

I did not write a review as I wanted to have time to use the product. Unfortunately I am not satisfied, as the pan sticks. Even when adding oil. All the advertising on this product is very misleading. Unless, the pans I received were defected.

The eggs don’t really slide right out of the pan unless there is a small touch of oil

Very pleased with the fry pan set - attractive in appearance and lives up to non-stick claims. Pan weight good, long handles also great. Don't need high heat with these pans, just medium to low. Turned out perfect omelette onto the plate with the small size pan.

Pans are great but description says lids included and no lids came with pans

When i first noticed one of the handle rivets was separating from the pan i contacted Gotham who initially apologized for the inconvenience and promised a replacement. Several emails later and weeks gone by...radio silence! Amazon who owns the vendor relationship indicated that they do NOT work with their vendors to resolve customer issues? What goods seller does NOT have NOR gets involved with THEIR vendor to make THINGS RIGHT! Not impressed amazon. And Gotham, bad news travels fast and far. BUYER BEWARE!!!

four stars because I find it's better to hand wash to keep the finish, so not as easy to cleanalso I do use a bit of butter or oil so food slides right offalso the video shows the salesman using metal utensils which I dare not do!Otherwise very pleased, good value for money and I have purchased more Gotham Steel products: the tiny egg pan and the cookie sheet and I may purchase more we'll see how it goesI used to purchase Lag0st1na non stick fry pans but they just aren't as goodI am very frugal and I do expect value for money

only lasted 13-months. I followed all of the directions, have never burnt anything on them, wash with a soft cloth and used them around 3 times a week. "The Ultimate Nonstick Ceramic & Titanium Coating" all failed 13-months later. Everything sticks. They do not last forever and I will throw the entire set away if they do not follow up on the 10-year guarantee.
