Recommended for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of screens. Using it for 10 minutes a day makes a lot of difference, my head along with my eyes feels fresh and calm again. It's very relaxing to wear as the soft side doesn't makes it too cold, just enough to make it feel relaxing. The straps are adjustable and makes it easy to find the ideal comfort level.

Bought to counteract eyestrain following long periods of screen time. Personally, I find the soft fabric side not cold enough to offer relief and the plasticized side a tad too cold to place directly on the eyes. I keep mine in the freezer because the gel didn't get cold enough for me when placed in fridge as directed. Head strap is ample for my small head but would put extra pressure on head for anyone with a larger circumference. Mine arrived fully stuffed with gel beads unlike some other reviewers. Overall quality is good and good value for money.

This actually helps me sleep at night! The quality is super nice, I actually have problems sleeping at night and this is a literal lifesaver!

I purchased this item for my daughter who has been under a lot of stress lately and getting headaches, and waking up w puffy eyes from crying 😭. I wish I could just take her stress & tears away but at least I could give her something to comfort her. She was THRILLED w it and said she has always wanted one like this! 😍😍😍 So i can't speak for the mask from my own use, but I know I'd love one as well! I get headaches/neck pain now & then & often wake up w congestion & puffy swollen eyes from sinus issues/allergies. I also suffer from a lot of anxiety/panic attacks, & I found that relaxing in a quiet place, listening to some relaxing music, and putting an ice pack over my eyes does wonders to help me relax! So i'd definitely rate this as a win-win & it's on my wish list!! 🌟 It would be a great gift for just about anyone....highly recommend & a great value for the money! 👍

This is a decent eye mask, though there are some issues I have with it. When I put the eye mask on and lay down the strap never stays velcroed and always come apart even with laying on my back and not moving or anything. So, I typically either have to tighten it to the point where the eye mask is dragging my eyes (potentially getting wrinkles no thank you!) or just not velcow it altogether but that means the effect is not as good. I like having the ability to choose which side to use -if you want coldest you put the gel part down , and if you want less cold; the soft side. I wish there was a way to remove the gel part in order to clean the rest of the material- I think that would really help this product, if the gel was removable somehow, perhaps enclosed in its own covering. I notice there are a multitude of this same eye mask on here, so it is a pretty generic style, but tired eyes do not judge! *Unfortunately as of writing this review my eye mask is leaking gel and my forehead broke out in hives due to the gel I am guessing. But I have sensitive skin and perhaps just got a faulty product. Disapointed* I

This mask is so well worth the money. I had surgery on my eyes and although I did not use on my eyes until three days after the surgery as advised by physician this mask is perfect for how it is made. So soft material on the eye side and the gel material is top of the line and the cooling effect is spa like. This mask is holding up after several uses. Great purchase and so helpful in the soothing of my eyes. Thank you Amazon for carrying such great products!

I had this eye mask for 6 months. The mask kept its shape and stayed cold for approx. 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I thought it could be heated and put it in the microwave. The beads leaked out and the mask was ruined. Good quality mask. Price is reasonable.

The product delivered matches the photos and description. It's super soft and durable. It's sooo soothing to wear this mask.

It freezes in the freezer, not cold enough in the refrigerator. If taken out from the freezer, 10-15 minutes prior to use, it is wonderful for cold compress of the eyes. Relieves strain and soothes headaches too. Just a tad heavy, so do not fasten the strip onto your face if you intend going to sleep. Works as advertised if used with care. Overpriced but better than others out there.

The gel beads of the eye mask are doing bad instead of good. When I tried it for the 1st time I experienced a lot of eye pain and blurred vision for about 5-10mins. Even my brother had the same experience and it gave him a bad headache too. We had ensured that the strap was loose enough to be worn around the eyes but still it caused a lot of discomfort. Also the storage pouch was also missing in the package received. So don't take a risk with your eyes. The beads put a lot of pressure of the delicate organ.
