Amaran 100dS LED Video Light, amaran 100d Upgrade App Control 8 Pre-Programmed Lighting Effects DC/AC Power Supply Photography Shooting Light

This light is such a great price for a well-made product. I am comparing this to the near equally priced GVM brand light I got about 6 months ago (maybe the price is different now). That one is all plastic and feels super cheap. This brand is the complete opposite. It is solid built, has a metal shoe to attach to a stand. The handle to move the light feels stout. Everything about it is high quality and even has a nice digital screen. I haven't used the bluetooth feature yet, but all the way down to the power cord, which has a lock tab to keep it from disconnecting. I use it as a modeling lamp for my art classes. It produces a nice and extremely bright light. All in all, will definitely buy a second one in the coming months.

After trying several other LEDs and a Falcon Eyes SO-28; this light came to my rescue. Previous lights had plenty of brightness and great CRI -- but the big bonus of this is being able to use a light dome. I'm in a small space, so I chose the Aputure Light Dome Mini and combined with the honeycomb grid (included w/other diffusers), diffuser and the Sonopho 7" reflector - BINGO! Softer light, much more manageable and no more pesky reflection in my glasses.

It's amazing, I spent a month working out which light to go with and this is so amazing, Super quiet, works great with the light dome II, brightness is amazing. It's seriously been one of my favorite purchases for my studio.

Yes, it’s plasticky. However, it’s a great light source. If you are starting out in the video/photography business world, this is the light to buy.

Love this light. It's incredible that you can get such a quality light at such a low price.It does tend to output a bit of green, it's also a little more blue than advertised but both of these things can be fixed in post. Just remember to buy a white balance card and properly set your manual white balance with every use!They're made of plastic but personally I think they feel incredible.I would STRONGLY advise getting the 100d S model though as they use a slighter better, more 5500K white (less blue and green) LED set when compared to these 100d models.I use mine as a fill and back light. With a good camera you could easily use it as a key light. None of them are turned up particularly high (pretty much they're at like 10% and 5% brightness).If you're going to get lighting, just stick with Aputure. They do not disappoint and having your choice of softboxes is so much better than having that crappy ring light in your eyes on every video. Plus Sidus Link is an incredible program for controlling the lights and works across Aputure's entire line of products.Skip the Godox, skip the SmallRig, skip whatever other weird brand is there. These are practically silent, they put out a ton of light, they're easy to control, and you won't have to have a ton of different apps on your phone when you try to control your setup.

Easy setup and control with app. Very useful. I will purchase more in the future, possibly some of the color ones.

LED本体内部の殆どがヒートパイプを含んだ放熱のためのスペースとして使用されています。　　内部には角型のヒートシンクとヒートパイプが見え、その形状のために本体デザインが　　角型になったのでしょうか？　　尚、本体自体はプラスチック製です。ファン内蔵ながら非常に静か！動画撮影で問題になることは殆ど無いでしょう。電源ユニットは130Wと余裕があり、とてもコンパクト！従来の半分のサイズかも？　　電源部の重量は約320g（ケーブル含まず）ボーエンズマウントなので、汎用性高し。本体背面パネルは、超シンプル。誰にでも使いこなせます。１％ステップの大きな文字の液晶表示があり回転式のツマミで調整しますがツマミを押すことで20％ステップでの調整も可能です。　　20、40、60、80、100%と変化し、更に押すと再び20％からスタートします。演色性はRa94.5~95に収まっています。（写真参照）色温度は5600〜5700K界隈にあり問題ありません。LEDの演色性ですが、数値が同じでも見た目の色味が異なることはありますがこの100ｄの色味は、好ましく感じます。明るさですが100％光量、リフレクター先端から1mの距離でISO100、1/60でF11.0＋0.5と非常に明るい！　　但し中央部と周辺部では光量がかなり異なります。（写真参照）　　その1mの距離で壁面に当たった光は約1.8ｍに広がっています。（写真参照）この写真はα9、太陽光モードでの撮影で色被りを殆ど感じさせません。このリフレクターを使用した際、中央はスポット的に光が集中しすぎ？もう少しなだらかな配光が望ましいかも？バッテリー駆動も可能とありますが48V！どんなバッテリーなのでしょう？Bluetooth経由でスマホのアプリからコントロール可能なはずなのですがアプリ画面で100dが見つけられませんでした・・・製品の箱が想像以上の大きさ・・・www　　　専用のケースが欲しいとまでは言いませんが、もう少し小さな箱が欲しいです。辛口も書きましたが、総合的には素晴らしいLEDライトですね。

映像制作で使用しています。常灯光に求めるのは必要十分な光量とファンの静音性です。編集時ノイズの除去で大体のノイズは取れるのですが、音声のクオリティを向上させていくことを考えるとできるだけファンの音は静かな方が好ましいです。Godox・SL60Wを使っているのですがこちらは少し音がするのですがこのamaran100dはほとんど音がありません（というか光量によっては無音になるレベルです）インタビューの撮影などでも非常に使いやすいです。光量に関しては100Wなのでかなり明るいです。自宅でYOUTUBE撮影などをするという用途では充分過ぎるほどかと思います。撮影現場で60Wでは少し光量が足りないという場合はこの常灯光は非常にコストパフォーマンスがよくおすすめです。またamaran100dはスマートフォンとBluetoothで連携して光量の調整や光のエフェクト（ストロボや雷、全８種類）を切り替えることができます。一人で撮影することが多いのでいちいち照明の場所に行ってつまみを持って調整するのは面倒ですのでかなり役に立つ機能です。スマホとの連携は非常に簡単で、付属の説明書に掲載されているQRコードからアプリを取得し本体の照明の裏面にある物理ボタンを押して連動するだけです。見た目のクオリティもプラスチックのボディーではありますが安っぽくはないです。amaranは現代的なデザインなのでそれと比べるとGodoxはクラシックっぽいデザインに感じます。デザインはそれぞれのかっこよさがあると感じます。総合的には問題なく撮影の仕事で使用できるクオリティで、Bluetooth連携で作業効率も上がるので非常にコストパフォーマンスの高い製品でおすすめです。

130W、最大39500lux 演色係数CRI95+ TLCI96、色温度5600KのLEDビデオライトです。本体サイズは思っていたよりコンパクトですが、重量は約4kgとそこそこの重量感があります。作りはとてもしっかりとしていますし、構造はシンプルなので操作等も分かりやすいですし、すぐに操作できる点が良いです。130W 最大39500luxだけあって、最小の明るさであってもそこそこ明るいです。最大にするとかなりの光量があるため、広い室内などで使用する場合にもオススメです。ただ直接的に光を当ててしまうと明るすぎるので、白い壁に当てて反射させるか、ソフトボックスなどを上手く組み合わせてあげると良いと思います。演色係数が通常の照明より圧倒的に高いため、色の再現性はかなり高く、太陽光とほぼ同じような色合いになります。またフリッカーなども一切ありませんし、室内用の照明としてオススメです。

到着後、すぐに液晶の光量表示がちゃんと表示されていないことを発見。光量は変化しているみたいだが、液晶の％表示が、マックス100％で三桁表示なのだが、百の位の1の数字が未点灯。中華製だからこういう仕様？なのかと思い、再三質問しているが、全く返答なし。申し訳ないが、泣く泣くアガイ商事さんに問い合わせると、ちゃんと3桁点灯するとこのこと。はい、外れを引きました。色んな意味で。

先日購入しました。梱包は丁寧で製品ダンボールに傷などはありませんでしたが封印のシールは切られた状態でした。そこで少し不安に思ったのですが、いざ電源スイッチをONにするも照明が点灯しません。AC電源アダプターのLEDは緑でそこまで電気は来ていますが、照明が点灯しません。何度か電源スイッチONOFFしているとLED背面液晶がうっすら何も表示無く光ることに気付きました。その後数回ON,OFF繰り返すと照明点灯しました。その後さらに電源ON,OFFすると徐々に点灯する頻度が上がってきました。30分ほどの間の開封からの確認でしたが最終的には電源付くようにはなりました。これは何なんでしょうか･･･。ひとまず点灯するようになったので返品はしませんが、封印シール切られていたり、点灯しない事があったり不安は残ります。
