Very Good Product but ......
The product's quality and performance are satisfactory, however, there appears to be an issue with the coating of the plate. Instead of providing a smooth experience, it feels as if it is pulling on the clothing.

product stopped working after minimal use
I have only used it for couple of times and it abruptly stopped working. Reached out to Havells warranty service and they sent out a technician for repair (mind you they won't replace) . the technician then proceeds to dismantle the entire thing and tells me that there is cloth dust in it , which got accumulated due to steam and it is not due to mishandling but simply how the device works. so if you want the device to work it shouldn't be in contact with cloth. Right. So Havells please tell me how should I Iron my clothes without the iron actually touching or pressing the cloth. Maybe with wishful thinking? Very bad product
