I took off one star bc the picture & description didn’t match what was received. I get the whole “lower emission” thing. But I purposely ordered the three pack vs ordering a single item ONLY BC the pics show a container (like a tin/box) which i need for storage for the extras.As for the actual product, it arrived within one day as assured. The product is not all waxy feeling like most chapsticks. NOTE: a tiny bit goes a long way!!!It feels soft, moisturizing, & refreshing. Ive used another one of their products recently since i was looking for something organic with Colloidal Silver. I was pleases with that product, so tried this product as well.Would recommend.

I have found the GOAT in lip balms. My lips have never been more soft, more even, more moisturized. This stuff is INCREDIBLE! You need to try it!!!!!! Still has the minty essence that I always love in a lip balm but I truly think this formula is the absolute best kept secret on the market! It doesn’t dry your lips out like other formulas and I’m just so pleased with it! The colloidal silver helped to clear up a sore I had at the crease of my mouth with no problem. I just love this stuff!!

This is a very soft, nourishing chapstick. I liked the ingredient list and saw another reviewer noted it helped when her lips are peeling badly. Mine sometimes do and my regular balm doesn’t do the job. So I am trying it out. So far, great, lips have not been peeling any and feel soft. I got the 3-pack and they do not come in the pretty metal tin as I expected they would. But still they are a great balm. I noticed the ingredients are also skin nourishing (but keep away from eyes!) and that Collodial Silver is used in first aid on the skin too. So I designated and marked one tube for skin, a few blemishes which are being stubborn to clear up from photosensitivity. The collodial silver helps and the good ingredients which nourish the lips are also good for nourishing the skin. One note: they are soft and I believe they’d easily melt in your warm pocket or in a purse on a warm day. These I leave at home, one in bathroom for first aid/skin, one in living room near my chair and one by my bed. So glad they come in a 3-pack and I’ll be buying them again. Very happy with them.

No different than any other lip balm. Disappointed!

They refunded me immediately and apologized!I’m really excited to have this product. I got the pack of three I ordered and the first one I opened to use was broke. The spinning mechanism on the chapstick tube doesn’t work (up or down). Therefore, I can only use it until the little bit sticking out is gone. I would love to have a replacement sent so I can have a working set like I thought I ordered! Although, the working one I did use is awesome! It left my lips feeling minty fresh and soft! Love it! I’ll update my review and rating if the company makes it right!
