The SAP is very minimal, the fluff is very minimal for that matter, the fluff thin and is also not solid across freshly unfolded you can see light through the fluff in a couple places, the fit is very nice, the leg guards are very nice, the landing zone and tapes are perfect, so basically it's a good diaper "shell" but the absorption part is not good at all, at $1.60 each it is not a good deal. Better to stick with an abena m4 .... Oh yeah that's the other thing, this is not a plastic backed diaper which is not a good thing at all, cloth backed gives me leg rash very quickly.

I got these adult diapers to try and found that its a mixed bag. I've previously used Depends, and the two products differ in that Depends is more a pull-on diaper, whereas this is more like a baby diaper where you put the diaper around the butt/front and then attach the tabs to the waist. This UniFree diaper would be good for those unable to easily move their legs or get up from bed (e.g. easier to be used by a caretaker to put on the person). It reminds me of one that may be used in a hospital environment. This type of diaper also makes it easier to remove, just removing the tabs rather than taking it off like pants or tearing it open.Relatively speaking, these Unifree diapers are HUGE. There are some things to like about this product, but unfortunately it was not right for me.

I thought these were full plastic back

I feel this brand is very high quality, good absorbency adult diaper. I also feel the sticky strips have good staying power to last all night long. I think the price is on point as well. I don't think you'll be disappointed with these diapers. I only wish the package was larger.
