Ubiquiti NetworksUS-24 Unifi Switch, White

Very simple to setup if you have the cloud key. I already had a Ubiquiti Edge router, so I simply plugged these in, acquired them and some simple configuration to get up and running. I would consider Ubiquiti to be a prosumer grade of product. I'm in IT for a living and have networking knowledge and find these very simple to setup and administer. Most home network admins would be able to figure it out with some perseverance if they want anything other that simple switch capabilities. If you want to start to setup VLAN's and basic firewall configurations, go with a whole Ubiquity solution end to end and use the wizards. They are very effective and will help you learn as you go. Router/Firewall-Switch-Access Points-Iot(Cameras) all very compatible.

Calidad

The US-24 is the latest in Unifi switches. The US-24 does not have PoE and, due to that, is about $100 cheaper than other models. It integrated into my Unifi environment, replacing a Cisco SG200 switch, in about 5 minutes. It makes a great addition to the Unifi family and provides a great switch for clients that don't require PoE.Pros: 24 ports, 2 SFP ports. The SFP ports are not dual-sense, so you get full use of all ports. Works great with the Unfi controller and integrates into existing Unifi networks with ease.Cons: I wish there was a 4 SFP port 24-port switch?

So simple to set up and use with the GUI interface. Using optional fibre modules for downstream connectivity. Very quiet.

I switched to all Ubiquiti UniFi gear for my network over the past year and it truly is the best. The controller software, which I run on a Raspberry Pi 3, is top-notch. I love all of the information that is available when you use all-Ubiquiti products like this switch. You can see exactly what is attached to it easily. It doesn't run too hot either so it helps keep my cabinet pretty cool with minimal use of external fans. Performance is as good as I could hope for. I couldn't ask for anything more.
