No need to worry about installation manual, this unit is the simplest to do and install, all you need is a cold/hot water supply, preferably pex pipe, if having access to the back wall of said wall leave an opening to be able to connect, it comes with flex lines and need 1/2"male/female adaptors depending on your unit, then see color tubing as red to hot then blue to cold, wall should be framed normally as a standard wall, height? that depends if you have a shower stall? or a tub? best to wait until receive unit so to set proper height that suits you. I never looked at any manuals or specs as it was that simple to do.

is the polished silver a brushed nickel? the description headline says polished silver (e.g.polished chrome) but the details read brushed Nickel!, ??

has both colors on it, body is nickel and face plates, shower hose are chrome, but unit comes in black color if anyone interested

Can You change the water temp to fahrenheit?

Mine I purchased within the last 6 months is in Fahrenheit.

No! I’ve never got a call or response at all. I am so upset and disappointed with this defective product and Amazon for not making it right. I designed my bathroom with this piece in mind, but it has never worked right. It would leak then I’d have it fixed, then it would leak over and over again. Now, I have to spend 2000.00 to take part of my wall out to redo the plumbing. I’m beyond upset!!
