I needed a couch for my small apartment, most couches from major departments wouldn't fit through the hallway so this couch was perfect for me because of the assembly. Be wary though, because it comes in two packages but Amazon only listed one tracking number for me to follow, be sure to reach out to the seller for the tracking number of the other package. Otherwise exceptional service and quick response times, would buy this again!

The couch came with absolutely no hardware. After multiple messages with the supplier the only alternative was to return the couch (which comes in two packages that can not fit in a standard sedan). I would not recommend purchasing this item because the supply/packaging chain requires some serious work.

Comes in 2 separate packages, which I received several days apart, after being over a week late. I opened the box and it appeared as if all parts were present. I began putting the couch together, trying to follow the directions. However, once figuring it out,, NONE of the parts are labeled. The holes for me to put bolts in are not lined up as they should be. The under parts have rips in them, and indented wood. And I have 2 right sections of the couch. I am not impressed at all. I cant put it back in the box to return it, therefore I am not sure how to go about getting a refund. But I certainly will NEVER purchase again.

The couch is not too bad, the cushions could definitely be much thicker. Sitting on the couch is fine but damn near impossible to sleep on due to the thin cushions.Only had a couple of issues during the assembly process. The threads for one of the legs on the ottoman had to be re-threaded. I was also missing some hardware but luckily I had the right parts to complete the assembly,Unless you are in a tight budget, I would probably just spend a bit more and get a better couch.

This couch is definitely on the compact size, however, as graduate student living with his husband and best friend, it's perfect. This couch is really meant for small families, college students, and anyone in an apartment or small house. The issue is that it's horrible to assemble. The instructions are super unclear, and it's difficult to assemble. The cushions could be slightly thicker.

I was very skeptical to buy this sofa as the reviews were not the best. However, I received my sofa only a week after ordering, it came in two different packages but they were only a few days apart in delivery. I’ve had the sofa for 3 months and still works fine. It’s not super comfortable, but it’s comfortable enough. I’ve definitely had less comfortable sofas. I will say, some of the holes did not align while building it and I had to leave them empty or half screwed but even so it ended up super sturdy.

The couch came in two boxes a good week apart and the description specifically said it was (Brown). Definitely not brown. Light gray is what came. I decided to keep it anyway. It would be a headache to return and the gray is a nice option. Aside from that, the couch was super easy to put together. Holes are pre-drilled. There was an Allen wrench included in the packaging and the overall packaging was pretty impressive in that the cushioins were vacuum packed and neately placed inside the structures of the different pieces for protection and safe travel. The stickers of R means Right and L means left and insturctions are easy to follow. It is so far a comfortable couch and I like how the ottoman can move. It is a nice comfortable piece for small spaces.

The product is good for small spaces and yess easy to put together but the comfort is just not there it’s been a few months now as I wanted to wait to see if it would fluff out but it has not if your looking for comfort this couch is not for you but if you don’t mind then it’s a good buy
