I ordered this robe specifically because it was hooded. When received, it was not hooded. Disappointed, I asked for a replacement exchange. The 2nd one came also with no hood. Disappointed and frustrated. Looked at the white label on the item's plastic bag and the label indicated it was a hooded robe. So I just kept it because I needed a robe for travel and this was obviously not going to be resolved until it was discovered by the seller OR the inventory of mislabeled hoodless hooded robes were depleted. Otherwise, very nice item :-/

Pretty big, but very comfy. The inside material feels good on my skin. Outside is soft and sexy.
