Source NaturalsL-Theanine (200 Mg) - 60 Tablets

From what I have researched about supplements is that Source Naturals has a very good reputation for their purity, safety and substance claims. However, I take L-Theanine for sleeping and have always, in the past, taken capsules. Then I decided to take Source Naturals & found that their tablets did not work for me. I didn’t sleep for over a week until I finally realized that it could be that the tablets may not have dissolved. So finally I ordered capsules again. One night back taking capsules again, I was able to sleep again.

After taking this along with ashwagandha for over a month my anxiety has decreased 99%. I highly recommend this product.

This product does what it says. It calms the nerves while allowing you to be focused. i noticed that I'm not as anxious when I take it.
