Lexibook IG900 Zeus Console, 20 games, 2” TFT colour screen, Black

I bought this because I thought it was similar to another product that I bought that had 89 games in one handheld console. the other one cost me $22. This thing costed me $35 and it only has 20 games and I have heard of none of them... sorry. It looks nice. But is among the most inferior of these types of products.

Just got this today and it hasn't been put down for more than a half hour amongst 3 people. For the price it is really nice and the games are retro style and fun. Have not hooked up to tv yet. Happy with my purchase. I bought through Amazon Warehouse Deals and got a great deal. <3

Purchased at Christmas on special for $7.99. Instructions are at best minimal, but 7-year old daughter seems to have been able to figure it out without difficulty. Unit is physically a little smaller than I expected, and screen is only 2.5-inches, but it is colorful, it makes all the necessary noises, and it does seem to work (in hand-held mode, anyway, haven't plugged it into a TV yet because the cord is only about 6-feet long and I need it about twice as long before I'll let the kids use it on the TV). The games appear to include knockoffs of Tetris, Bejeweled, and Brickbreaker.Haven't had any problems with unit. Hasn't started eating batteries.UPDATE DECEMBER 2010 (12-MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE)Daughter, now 8-years old, is still playing with game. It doesn't eat batteries and has been dropped a few times and survived. The most recent time required unit dis-assembly and reassembly and then it worked again. I think the ribbon cable to the screen got bumped. This is probably the best $8 I've spent on a toy.

This little handheld game is great for money. Loads of fun. The only negative I have is that the graphics are confusing with the Mario type games. The pixels on the graphics are a little too small making it hard to make out what is going on. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give this game a 7.

The product itself looks great but I put the batteries in and nothing happened. I changed the batteries and still it would not come one. Finally I had had enough and put it back in the box and returned to Amazon. I know my little grandson would have loved this game if it had worked.

I bought 3 for my grandsons. They use them in the van and when at a restaurant, no arguing in public. Nice extra!

We purchased 3 of these as a game that 3 younger kids could play on the bus ride to school to keep them occupied for the longer ride they have and us not spending a lot of money on something we knew would get lost or broken quickly. These never even made it to the bus.We went through several sets of batteries pretty quickly and at first I thought it was our batteries - the batteries they sent went out quickly as well. On one, the screen began going dark after game is selected. So dark it can't be seen. Power off, back on and it looks good until the game selected. One down. #2 screen began flashing randomly and won't stop. Two down. #3 just stopped.Of course this is after the return window closed. I will know better next time.
