What makes this pro nail growth? Like what physically makes your nails grow better and is there evidence to prove it?

These listed ingredients are nourishing: helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil/aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) seed extract, ascophyllum nodosum extract, calcium pantothenate, retinyl palmitate, urtica dioica (nettle) extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate I did not look for scientific evidence supporting the claim that these nutrients enhance nail growth, but they are nutrients. The bitter agent is denatonium benzoate. The other ingredients are essentially nail polish. I hope this helps.

Do you only taste it if you bite your nails or do you taste it when you eat like other products I've tried?

If you touch your food with your nail you will taste it. I painted my nails before my sons and I tasted the polish on everything my hands touched. Use a fork or spoon is my opinion :) it did make my some quit biting his nails. Good luck

It’s a very bad taste I personally wouldn’t use on a child even though says you can
