I am trying to finish out a scene by using several different buildings for other then they where origionally made for. This fence is going to be used to surround a school scene using building from another kit (and filling in an open space on my layout).Just because the building kit is for one type of building, it doesn't mean that it can't be used for another scene. In real life, buildings are reused all the time, so don't think that this building or that building can only be used a certain way.

This is a kit. You have to put it together. That's not my thing. The kit contains posts and couplers along with a gate piece and a LARGE piece of mesh material that's SUPPOSED to look like chain link fence. The kit also includes wires for the top and bottom of the fence to provide realism. One then must cut a precise piece of the mesh and glue it onto the posts and wires. I'm no longer sure handed so doing all that is impossible. I found out more of what I was looking for on the Woodland Scenics page for about the same amount of $$ BUT less material. But I'd go with the latter everytime.

I feel jipped, it lookes nothing like the photos show. Says you get more fencing then you actually get and the actual chain link is fabric; not plastic. It ends up looking cheap and terrible. Its so bad i might even call this a false advertisement. I thought it was a mistake in manufacturing until i read some of the reviews posted. I wouldnt recommend this product unless you just dont care how things look and just need some really bad cheap fencing for your kids school project or something.TLDR: its really bad and not worth the 30$ asking price.
