Will this work woth 2006 chrysler croosfire?

It will work in any vehicle. What is more to the point is what application you have on mind.

Saab 2009 9-3 w stock radio, no Bose. looking to add a sub for bass. I will add an amp for this. Can i tap this units inputs from rear speaker?

Yes just make sure you get the polarity right

when they say 80 watts max per channel, are they refering to the output power of my factory radio? my amp puts out 125w x 4 RMS

Factory radio but even tho your radio says 125 x 4 that is a max rated not a RMS rating so you will be fine

trying to install sound system (head unit, amp, subwoofers)to 2010 impala that has the stock Bose system. Will this be powerful enough to support that

This item is meant to reduce the signal strength from your aftermarket head unit before it goes into the stock amp, in this case, your Bose stock amp. If your intent is to continue using the Bose Amp to power your stock Bose speakers, this item does the job.
