Because of the high dose of keratin, it created vitamin A toxicity and caused severe dizziness and a nausea-like system, after the BRAIN MRI neurologist said its a condition called Idiopathic intracranial hypertension ..if I didn't doubt this My brain would have been damaged in long run Thank god I suspected vitamin A toxicity.. try taking alternate days one capsule ..u will be safe and see any other supplements containing Vitamin A .make sure that total vitamin A consumption per day should be 4000IU-max 50000IU ..keratin will be converted into vitamin By the body .they should caution before that

I received this product a week back and have been taking it since the last few days. Honestly, I can already see a difference in the quality of my hair. It is a lot shinier than it used to be. Would be definitely ordering it again.
