Bike computer.
Great value for money. Easy to install.

Works well, very much like a wired unit
Needed a replacement for an aged out Velo5, tried a lesser brand — not a good idea. Followed the directions and setup was quick and easy. You do need to be sure the trigger/transmitter and receiver are aligned. Works as well as the old 5 did.

Cycleing computer
This bike computer accurately keeps track of mileage, speed........ Good size readout, easy to see in the sun, simple to install. Have had Cateye bike computers before, never had any problems.

works well
I found this to be accurate in both speed and distance. When I pass the electronic speed checks on the road, its always right on.I have approx. 5k miles on it, so I would also say its reliable4 stars because the installation is a little hokey with the zip ties

Great bike computer!
Great bicycle computer, easy to install and setup. Also, the larger display gives a lot of information and is easy to read. 5 stars.

Cateye is the cat's meow
I've been using Cateye bike computers for over 2 decades and they never cease to impress. This is my first wireless unit, purchased to replace a Cateye I've been using for over a dozen years to move into the wireless era. I was a little hesitant given some is the reviews but it's obvious to me that some folks just have a hard time following simple install directions. Screen is clear and easy to read at a glance. Very accurate. Easy to set and navigate the menu. Along with the ability to finely tune the wheel/tire circumference, the ability to set the odometer when replacing an older computer is great. All in all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and am very glad I went with the wireless version.

Mileage not accurate
At first I was satisfied with this item. But once I started comparing miles to my Strava and Fitbit apps my rating dropped to 1 star. The Strava & Fitbit app are within a few tenths of a mile. Whereas the Cateye can be anywhere betw. .50 to almost 1 mile off over 15 miles. The other day I rode 18 miles. The first 4-5 miles the Cateye was .1 to .2 miles ahead but from mile 5- 18 it ended being off by .50 miles. I reached out to Cateye several times and have sent them screen shots showing the difference betw. their product and what showed on my Strava & Fitbit app proof. The wanted me to pay for shipping back approx $10-$15. Their last response was, "There is a level of discrepancy between measuring distance with a 45-dollar computer that uses an analog sensor and an app that is being GPS tracked and uses GLONAS." So what they are saying is don't expect accurate results for mileage. I also have found when going fast down a hill the speed will not increase or show as -0-. Buyer beware. If I could return to Amazon for credit I would.I have tried relocating the sensor higher on the fork and location toward the front or rear of the fork with no improvement. Bottom line is they don't stand by their product. I can see it being off a little but not this much. If it's defective then you shouldn't have to pay to return it
