Is this for 2 holders? Or do I get 2 to hang one gun

you get 2 holders, should hold one long gun, bow or similar.

Hi, Do these come with the rubber straps ?

Yes they do. However, unless you are hauling a light tool (rake, shovel, etc) they are JUNK.

Will this fit on my 2013 Kawasaki mule 610?

John,Yes it should fit because it just clamps onto the bars. I installed it on my 2013 Polaris Ranger. I have been very happy with it.Take care and happy shooting Dick

How many mounts are in the package? Do you have to buy two separate ones?

Two mounts per package. I bought too many and had to return some.
