Where is the complete list?** A: Ingredients are on the back of each packet. That being said it should be listed on Amazon because the worst part is the 500 mg sodium chloride per packet. If you were to drink four packets a day that is the max salt intake for an adult. This is dangerous and my opinion as a nurse, it can cause problems like hypernatremia. There are other sports drinks that are similar with packets such as this that have less than 80 mg of salt. I don’t know why they put so much in theirs. **Q: Can someone show the nutrition label?** A: Hopefully that helps **Q: Can this be given to a 7 yr old?** A: Definitely has lots of sugar.it’s Gatorade with vitamins so be careful not to over do it with kids.
