Will it fit 1/2 sizes? I have an 11.5 inch pan and want to know if it will fit that, or if it only fits whole sizes.

I really wanted to like this lids and I suppose it would fit the 11 ½ pan ... I returned it because the pan design with the "raise" handle, that is the flange of the handle, is higher than the rim of the pan, prevents the large lid from sitting level.

Can I use it on my cast iron skillet in the oven?

I don’t see why not. The description says it is oven safe to 425 degrees.

Will this work on 12.5 T fall non stick skillet

It works great on my T=fall 12 1/4 pan.

I'm buying a 12" pan. if this lid is not slightly longer than 12" in diameter won't it just 'fall into" the pan , not stay at the rim?

The actual measurement from edge of rim to edge of rim is 13". There is a 1/2" lip all the way around. It fits a 12" pan perfectly.
