This is a great product! The extension pole is very sturdy, and the attachments are perfect. We have 17 foot post and beam ceilings, and the different dusters get all the dust off, and the fan blade cleaner works fantastic too!Highly recommend, great value.

Lightweight and stiff when extended. I pulled an amazing amount of dust from the far reaches of my twenty foot living room ceiling. Highly recommended. The cheaper competitors are not as well made and don't include the high quality attachments.

Cons1) Cobweb brush was packaged so that it arrived compressed. Was able to use the heat of a hairdryer to fluff it out a little, but replacement brush sent by great customer service (see pros) worked better.2) Attachments are easy to screw on, but that also means they are easy to screw off. You have to pay attention to how you are maneuvering them as you clean, otherwise they will fall off.Pros1) Great customer service! I emailed them and received a replacement cobweb brush within 3 days.2) Pole was long enough to clear webs from 3rd story window. Easy to extend and retract. I am a 50 y/o woman and found it a little heavy and awkward when fully extended but was still able to get the job done. I would not attempt window washing that high (attachment sold separately) but think it would work well on lower windows.3) Attachments easy to use (except for the occasionally coming unscrewed thing) and easy to clean. Everything feels sturdy and like it will last many years.

What a great product! Even fully extended there's no sway or wobble. Very sturdy, and the cleaning accessories are huge. The one I wanted most, the puffball, is ideal (see below). Soft but substantial. The 2 long attachments will be great for cleaning bugs and webs from high up on the porch and garage ceilings.I live in a densely wooded area in the Hudson Valley, and have 2 exterior security cameras mounted on the 2nd story, recording 24/7. In summer, spiders leave strands in front of the lens. Not full webs, just an occasional strand. This isn't a problem in the daytime since the camera looks right past the delicate strands. But at night, the camera's infrared LEDs light up the strands, blocking any useful view of the ground below. Previously, I would get out my 16' extension ladder every week or 2 and wipe off the camera lens. What a pain. And new webs started to appear in only a few days, not 2 weeks. Now I can clean them off as soon as they become a problem.

I was surprised that there wasn’t a way to adjust the head to be able to clean high ledges. Other than that, it works as advertised

Customer Service: I ordered this because I have 24 foot ceilings in my cabin I needed something sturdy to reach the top windows, dust the chandeliers and hold the tool that changes my lightbulbs in the ceiling fan. The order came quickly but UPS was a bit rough with this Extend a Reach pole, the box was pretty much mangled, the pole was dented but it is such a well built product it still worked with effort. I was a little miffed about the damage as this is not a cheap extension pole so I emailed the company just to let them know that their packaging could be improved and let them know to notify UPS of the treatment of the package. What I didn't expect was the response I got back. Not only were they apologetic for the damage they were insistent that I allow them to replace it. I told them it worked and after some use it would be just fine. They were not taking no for an answer. Kate reached out to me from Extend a Reach and put a new pole in the mail the same day. I asked her for an RA tag to send the damaged pole back and she said "oh no, you keep it we are so sorry this came to you damaged and we want to make it right" So once I received the new pole and Kate so graciously checked in to make sure it arrived in good shape. I donated the pole to a small local church that could use it to reach their own tall windows and fixtures. I order a lot on Amazon and other online retailers and I can tell you this is hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.Product: This pole and attachments is/are a game changer. I have used all the pieces of the kit and washed my eight 9 foot windows (inside and out) in the front of my cabin, dusted the 24 foot ceiling, window sills, ceiling fan, chandlers inside the cabin and cleaned the outside of the 26 foot up bathroom window that is on the back of the cabin as well as changed a light bulb in the 24 foot up ceiling fan. This pole flexes just enough but does not bend like the flimsy ones I have had in the past. The attachments are all high quality, durable and washable. I love that the pole end is standard so other tools like the light bulb changers and paint rollers will all fit. I was even able to attach my Stihl trimmer to it and reach 20 feet up the pine trees in the forest to trim them back for fire prevention. I can't sing the praises of this item enough. Great tool and amazing customer service. I highly recommend both.

Very sturdy and does an amazing job reaching 11 feet high crown molding! The 3 options of what device to use is great! It was packaged well!Bravo to a family run business!

I love this stick. I have very high valued ceilings and it's long enough to get up all the way into the highest corner and remove dust bunnies and cobb webs. It seems to be stable and works as intended. Put together easily, and comes apart easy for storage. The attachment are handy, convenient and work well.
